He brings over 8 years of professional experience in the Indian agrochemical industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, business development, channel management, product positioning, and market expansion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture and an MBA in Marketing, providing him with a strong blend of technical agricultural knowledge and strategic business leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with distributors, retailers, and farmers to develop practical crop protection solutions that improve productivity and farm profitability.
With a vision to build one of India's most trusted agrochemical companies, Mr. Chavhan is leading NexCrop Care with a strong focus on innovation, quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
